We had the pleasure of working with Angi when buying our home and buying my in-laws home in Waterloo. My husband and I were in the process of looking at homes we could move our large blended family into in Columbia. We had no idea what we were doing through the process of the short-sale but Angi was there guiding us every step of the way. The process took about 6 months to complete the purchase and Angi was amazing through it all.
Angi helped us close on a home for my in-laws who lived in Florida. Again, Angie was there helping us and guiding us from the contractual phase until the actual closing.
I would not hesitate to recommend Angi to anyone wanting to purchase/sell a home in the Illinois area!

Angi did an amazing job helping sell a second house we no longer needed. I initially approached her with the thought of renting the property but she convinced me it was an excellent time to sell because there were very few properties in town at this price point. The property was listed midweek, but Angi's plan was to not have any showings until an open house on Saturday. We had five offers the day after the open house, with one offer for substantially more than the asking price. Angi made the selling process smooth, efficient, and in this case very profitable. I would hire Angi again.
